Our Packages

Members save on a monthly basis for a period of 1–2 years, after which the club buys land, surveys, and processes land titles within a period of not more than one year to give each member a plot of land measuring 50ft x 100ft (15m x 30m).

Site visitation and plot allocations take place between October and November of every calendar year. At this point, the land has been bought and allocated to members for immediate use as they await their titles, which are in process.

This land is usually located or scouted in a location that is not more than one hour and 30 minutes from the edge towns of the central business districts (Kampala, Mukono, & Wakiso).

The Vision and Fearless package is aimed at members saving money and buying TITLED LANDS as a team effort in large chunks in a period not exceeding 6 months.

Members will be encouraged to participate though the Vision Package platforms as and when the land comes available.

The land is surveyed and divided amongst themselves for immediate use as they await the procession of respective individual titles at a later date for the respective piece/Size of land saved for.

All funds collected are aimed at land purchase to give members bigger plots of land compared to what they would get in the first plot packages of this document and at relatively the same cost of saving.

Site visitations and plot allocations take place between October and November of every calendar year. At this point, land has been bought and allocated to members for immediate use as they await their titles, which are in process.

Members are allocated land in categories and groups based on their land use interests, e.g., coffee farming, pine trees, eucalyptus, Hass avocados, animal husbandry, etc.

This land is usually located or scouted in a location that is not more than 2 hours and 30 minutes from the edge towns of the central business districts (Kampala, Mukono & Wakiso).

Members save on a monthly basis for a period of 3–5 years, after which the club buys land, surveys and processes land titles, and builds houses within a period of not more than one year to give each member a plot of land measuring approximately 50ft x 100ft.

Site visits take place between October and November every year. All savings accumulated in the first year are attributed toward land purchase. This is where the houses will be built.

All savings accumulated in the 2nd – 5th year will be attributed toward construction works, which start at the end of the 5th year.
